About Launch ONE
Launch ONE pairs an experienced creative team with an AI website designer process, built by Shift ONE. We created it after watching too many small businesses get stuck in website projects that dragged on for months and cost more than expected. So we built something faster and leaner, backed by Shift ONE's web design expertise, without losing the professional quality a business needs to be taken seriously online.
What Launch ONE is
Launch ONE is a done-for-you website service. We run one strategy workshop to understand your business. You complete a structured content intake. Our creative team then directs the design and copy, acting as your AI website designer throughout, while our developer uses AI tools to build it in that direction, producing a fast, mobile-first, SEO-ready website. Seven working days after your brief is locked in, your site is live.
Copy direction and visual direction are included in the package at no extra charge, with one structured round of revisions built in. If you already have brand colours, a logo, or a clear idea of the words you want on the page, that gets us moving even faster.
Who it's for
Launch ONE is built for small businesses that need a professional website launched quickly, and who have a reasonable idea of what they want going in. If you can describe your business, your customers, and roughly how you want your site to feel, you're in the right place.
Who it's not for
This isn't the right fit if you're chasing heavy customisation, a fully bespoke design process, or if you genuinely don't know what you want yet and need extensive creative exploration to get there. It's also not built for complex functionality like eCommerce or custom integrations as standard, though we can scope those separately.
Why the process works
Because the scope is deliberately fixed. We're not trying to be everything to everyone in seven days. We're solving one problem well: getting a professional website live, fast, for businesses that need it done for them, rather than another tool to learn.
More complex requirements and fully custom projects are things Shift ONE handles too, just through a separate process built for that scope. If Launch ONE isn't the right fit, we'll say so, and point you toward the option that is.
