Day 1

Strategy workshop

We run a focused workshop to align on your brand, your audience, your goals, and the key messages your site needs to land. This becomes the brief that drives every decision for the rest of the build.

To get the most from this stage, bring:

  • Reference websites you like
  • Competitor websites worth knowing about
  • Any visual inspiration, colours, or brand assets
  • Your business objectives
  • Any functional requirements you already know you need

Day 2

Content collection

You complete a structured intake form covering the essentials. From there, we guide copy direction, source images, and prepare every asset, so you're never blocked waiting on a supplier. The more detail you give us here, the closer the final site will be to what you had in mind.

Days 3-5

AI-accelerated build

With your brief and content locked in, our creative team directs the structure and design, and our developer uses our AI website creator process to build the site in that direction. The result is clean, fast-loading, mobile-first HTML, SEO-ready from the first page.

Day 6

Review and revisions

You'll receive a live preview link to review. One consolidated round of feedback is included, all changes submitted together in a single round. Our team checks every page, link, and form before final sign-off.

Day 7

Launch

Your site goes live. We handle the technical setup and run final checks, including links, contact forms, and basic functionality. Tracking integrations like Google Analytics are excluded at this stage and can be added separately. You'll receive handover documentation and the option of ongoing support.

No websites are launched on a Friday, this is to ensure that proper support is available right after you go live. Launching the following Monday instead doesn't count as a delay under our seven-day promise.

Hosting, security monitoring, a blog, a content management system, custom design work, or ongoing content updates are all available once you're ready. None of it is required to get started, it's there when you need it.

Yes. The scope is fixed, the content intake is structured upfront, and our AI website creator process is directed by our creative team at every decision. That's what makes the timeline realistic rather than aspirational.
A fully designed, fully built website covering your core pages. Copy direction and visual direction are included at no extra charge, with one structured round of revisions.
Heavy customisation, complex functionality, and things like eCommerce or a full content management system aren't part of the standard package, but we can scope those separately if you need them.
Flat HTML loads faster, is more secure, and skips the plugin overhead that slows most CMS-built sites down over time. You get a leaner, faster site with SEO-structured architecture from day one.
One consolidated round of revisions is included. A second round covers anything we missed the first time. Beyond that, additional changes are billed separately, since at that point it's usually a new requirement rather than a fix.
Yes. Blog functionality isn't included in the base package, but it's a straightforward add-on once you're ready for it.

Not by default, the site is delivered in hand-coded HTML rather than through a content management system. A CMS can be added on if you want to edit it yourself.
You get a support window for bugs and technical issues, plus handover documentation and login details. Ongoing support and updates are available after that, as needed.
It can be, if your needs are reasonably straightforward. If you're after something more complex, we'd recommend a custom project instead, and we're happy to point you in the right direction.
